Extra Benefits of Scrapping

A strange phenomenon occurs when you start scrapping metal. People want to give you stuff! A lady at my work gives me bags of coke cans about once a month. Another couple at my work gave me some floor scrubbers which I got about two pounds of copper out of, 2 pumps and 2 electric motors! It goes on and on. 


All you have to do is say that you scrap metal and people will shower you with their scrap and cans. That is the beauty of being what I call a 'scrapper of opportunity', I do not go out of my way to pick up anything. Things I find are in or on my way or they are given to me. Within less than 40 days and honestly less than 10 hours of my time I have accumulated $200 worth of metal after just cashing in $182 worth last month. I have since created my own wire stripper so I can get a higher price for my copper this time around. I will post a video of my new wire stripper soon so stay tuned.
